How to Design Text in Microsoft PowerPoint About WordArt: WordArt is a feature of PowerPoint that allows you to add effects to text within a text box. The sorts of effects you can add to shapes and text boxes are much the same as those you can add to shapes and text boxes (shadow, bevel, etc.).
